Hi! I’m Jeanette!

I grew up in Minnesota in a great family, the youngest of 5 kids. Like many in my generation, I was given a mainstream foundation of answers and general certainty of how life and reality work, which was a product of a Western materialistic perspective. Over the years, my worldview has required a return to true wholeness, which includes valid and essential aspects of the subjective, felt, relational, and other ways of knowing. This ongoing commitment to an integral lens is a touchstone for my work and my life.

I worked in the psychology field for nearly 2 decades as a psychotherapist, specializing in trauma and working with victims of crime. But I eventually chose to release my license to prioritize my authentic freedom and intuition. I’ve gathered many modalities over the years, but my energy work doesn’t land in one place, and I, too, will never land in a place of having all the answers or arriving at static conclusions (which should be obvious in an ever-expanding universe, right?!).

It is both a relief and an inspiration to live with both deep humility and curiosity as I continue to persistently research and work towards supporting myself and others in overcoming our obstacles to truly heal, evolve, and raise our individual and collective consciousness.

I use the inroads of the emotional and spiritual to tend and to integrate our experiences, to become more whole, and to expand our lives and what might be possible.
